Spring Athletics paperwork is due to P-12 in HARDCOPY form 1/22/25. Paperwork must be turned in to P-12 or the lockbox outside. We do not have the staff or capacity to print your paperwork. The lockbox is available all times of the day outside P-12. P-12 is by the tennis courts/gym/stadium field.
BOTH the home campus confirmation form with signatures and the completed physical exam paperwork must be submitted in paper form to the Athletic Office in hardcopy form. There is a lock box outside of P-12 to drop off paperwork any time day or night. Uploaded paperwork is not reviewed.
Important Dates for next year-please add to your calendar now. Submit paperwork once for the entire year; not each season. Submit early even if you are only planning to participate in a spring sport. Start the process now and submit while you have extra time. See attached 24-25 Athletic Due Dates with a list of teams that we host and the corresponding seasons. Please click on this list to learn more. You may email the coach. Teams are listed by season. The high school has three 3.5 month seasons. It is important to note that teams will practice or have contests over Thanksgiving, Winter break, February break, and Spring Break. There may be a one day holiday from school yet the teams will continue to practice. Teams will not practice on Sunday during season.
Try out information will be shared at the mandatory guardian & athlete meeting for each season. The athletics department does not hold makeup meetings yet the Coach may decide to do so and is up to their discretion.
